Indian ink is an opaque, opaque, pigment-based ink used for drawing and painting. It is best used concentrated. There are 4 shades: cyan, primary yellow, magenta and black. It can be used with a glass nib, calamus, brush, quill pen, penholder and felt-tip pen. It becomes glossy as it dries. An indelible (non-erasable) ink, it is resistant to water and most solvents. Artists appreciate it for the permanence of its colour. Black ink is also available in 50ml, 250ml and 1000ml bottles. Made in France.
